Location is perfect, just a short walk to Central Park. The rooftop terrace with Times Square views is stunning. The bar prices are quite steep, so be prepared. There’s a fun games room for some relaxation after a long day. Housekeeping service could improve; it wasn't as responsive as expected.

My room was right next to the elevator motors, and it felt like a horror movie with the constant grinding noise all night. For the price I paid, I expected peace, not this maddening racket. Very disappointing!

The room was spacious and well-appointed, perfect for four adults. Beds were incredibly comfortable, and the big TV was a nice touch. Storage was ample, especially with a designated space for luggage. The walk-in shower was clean and modern, although the bathroom sink had a drainage issue. Sound insulation was decent; we heard traffic but it didn’t disturb our sleep. Temperature control was efficient. lighting could improve for better ambiance. The elevator situation was frustrating, with long waits during peak times, which was inconvenient. Views from the room were stunning, and the location can’t be beaten.

I had an amazing time at this hotel which is just a few blocks away from Times Square and from the 24th floor I enjoyed breathtaking views right down to the iconic Time Ball while the cozy lobby and lounge area offered a great spot to unwind after a day of exploring and the rooftop terrace on the fifth floor is perfect for sipping drinks in any weather with stunning perspectives of the city; cleanliness and comfort were evident in my immaculate room and restful bed but the pillows weren't the best for my neck.

Incredible location near Broadway, perfect for walking to landmarks and hopping on the subway. The lounge area with shuffleboard and PlayStation made for great downtime. The complimentary drink at the bar was a nice touch. Beds were comfortable, and the Times Square view was stunning. the lack of basic amenities like a coffee maker and the slow elevators were disappointing. The mini bar was empty upon arrival, and the unexpected $350 smoking fee felt unjust after a bad experience with a rude manager. Despite some drawbacks, I’d still consider returning for the atmosphere and convenience.

Had a great time! Super clean and comfy room with awesome water pressure in the shower. Staff was friendly, and the location near Times Square was convenient for our theater visit. Loved the rooftop bar surprise - great night vibes and city views.
Room lighting could've been brighter, and the bathroom floor design led to water everywhere. Also, extra fees for early check-in and room upgrades were a bummer.

Location was top-notch, right in the heart of Times Square. The room size was excellent, had plenty of space to move around, and the modern vibe in the common areas was inviting and pleasant.
Staff was a major letdown. Rude and unprofessional, especially the morning receptionist with curly hair.

Just wanted to share my experience at M Social. The location was fantastic, close to Times Square and Central Park, which was super convenient for exploring the city. The rooftop bar with a great view of Times Square was a highlight, and the kids enjoyed the entertainment in the lobby. there were some issues during our stay. The room keys had trouble working, and I had to visit the reception multiple times to get them fixed. The housekeeping service was a bit lacking, with missed towel changes and soap refills. some staff members at the front desk were not very friendly or efficient. The buffet breakfast was overpriced, and the quality of the espresso was disappointing. the hotel seemed a bit pricey overall, especially the dining options. One major inconvenience was being locked out of the room before the checkout time on our last day. Despite the drawbacks, the spacious room and the unique terrace overlooking Times Square were definite pluses.

Staying at the newly redesigned Novotel was like being in the heart of a Broadway musical. The lobby's video game area was a nice touch, just like Supenova's menu with a twist. The 7th Floor Terrace is the cherry on top for cocktails with a view!
I just loved waiting for eternity for the elevators.

the location was perfect for exploring the city on foot, and the staff, especially Alvin, provided exceptional service. the rooftop terrace offered stunning views, and the restaurant served tasty food at reasonable prices.

From the moment we arrived, we knew we made the right choice. The staff at this hotel were exceptional, always polite and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a great view of Times Square. The hotel had all the amenities we needed, including a fridge in the room and a well-equipped gym. The location was perfect, with everything we needed just a short walk away. We had a fantastic time here, thanks to the amazing team at Social M!
Lift wait times can be a bit tedious, especially if you have a higher floor.

love how close m social hotel times square is to times square - broadway theaters - museum of art and design - the intrepid aircraft carrier and space shuttle - moma - rockefeller center. rooms are clean - comfy, and soundproof. great breakfast and room service. staff is super helpful and informative.
